better watercolor photos
These paintings were shown before, but now I have better full-shot images in better quality. Just thought I'd share!
Today I tag-teamed with Sam to put together Molly's wedding gown (the champagne / pinkish colored one, for the plus-sized bride). We got a lot done! I will take some pictures tomorrow, and will also be coming home with some beautiful, finely knit gray jersey fabric!
In the coming weeks, some fun projects are coming up - working with Ann Taylor LOFT for their new campaign photo shoot, and Swarovski. I am so excited!

Beautiful water colors!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get the gray jersey knit, and what do you plan to do with it?
Has your time at Samuelle Couture influenced your design esthetic at all?
Sam has a huuuuge roll of the jersey, from a friend, I'm not sure what for but she has tons extra and told me to take tons for whatever! I'm not sure what I would make yet - but it sounds like I'll end up with a lot, and it would make a beautiful maxi dress, and tank top, and loose dolman-sleeved turtleneck, and millions of other things! I could even dye it if I wanted to. It's like a medium heather-gray color, very tiny stitches, very soft and fine.
ReplyDeleteI think a little bit - I am definitely loving what she does with embellishment. There is so much transformation in her garments after she adds the draping, gathering, beading, laces, dyed flowers, etcetera.
